Kanye West’s ex-wife prefers to promote her Skims brand clothing on her own. Kim recently launched a collaboration with the Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana. In new photos, the star posed in revealing lingerie, including a bra and panties that she flirtatiously pulled down.
Her hair was left loose, and makeup artists applied her signature bold makeup. Around Kim’s neck, Catholic prayer beads with a cross were prominently displayed, yet she maintained a completely composed expression.
Bloggers quickly began discussing Kim Kardashian’s controversial photoshoot. Comments included, “A cross and lingerie? Wild,” “I think this is just shameless,” and “The kind of situation where you either take off the cross or wear underwear and something else on top.”
Some pointed out that such acts are not a new trend for a mother of four. Madonna did something similar 40 years ago. In their view, Kardashian and her stylists were clearly inspired by the singer’s Like A Virgin music video from 1984.
It was also recently revealed that Kim Kardashian changed her look, seemingly channeling early 2000s fashion: she got her navel pierced and added another piercing to her collection.
