The rapper and designer is once again at the center of a scandal: a former employee of Kanye accused him of inappropriate behavior and creating a toxic work environment. In a lawsuit filed in a Los Angeles court, the project’s former manager Murphy Aficionado described shocking incidents he witnessed while working with West in 2022.
According to Aficionado, West invited him to a meeting at a Beverly Hills hotel last November. When he entered the room, Kanye was shirtless, with his pants unbuttoned, and his wife Bianca Censori was topless, covering her breasts with her hands. “It was obvious that they were having an intimate relationship,” the former employee claims.
Then, according to Aficionado, the rapper suddenly returned to Censori’s room, telling his employee to stay put. Seconds later, he heard “loud moans and pops,” indicating that the couple had sex again.
Ten minutes later, West returned to the conversation. Then, allegedly, Kanye showed him nude photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
The lawsuit also alleges another incident that happened a few days later. According to Aficionado, Kanye called him back to the hotel, where this time the rapper was in a towel, preparing for a massage. During the meeting, the employee was allegedly forced to listen to the sounds of intimate activity from the next room.
Aficionado claims that these situations not only made him feel uncomfortable, but also undermined his professional dignity. He also accuses West of creating a hostile work environment and failing to pay him wages. “I was simply taken advantage of and humiliated,” he said in the lawsuit.
Aficionado’s lawyer, William Reed, insists that Kanye West’s actions created a toxic work environment, which is a gross violation of labor laws. “This is more than just personal issues or erratic behavior. This is a violation of the employee’s rights.” Recently, a source close to Kanye said that the rapper and Bianca Censori are ready to have a child together. Earlier, it became known that the designer purchased a luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills, selling his personal bomb shelter. At the same time, Kim Kardashian, West’s ex-wife, admitted that she is forced to raise their children alone.
