His final post was directed at Elon Musk. West thanked him for the platform to speak his mind and bid farewell to his followers.
“I’m leaving X. Grateful to Elon for letting me express myself. It was a form of emotional cleansing to use the platform as a podium. Love to all of you who gave me your energy and attention,” the rapper wrote.
It seems that the reason behind his departure is yet another scandal. Recently, Kanye referred to himself as a Nazi and even planned to release T-shirts with swastikas. This sparked a fierce wave of backlash, and he may have decided to retreat from the fallout.
