The relationship of the hot Hollywood couple has always been turbulent. Cardi B (Belcalis Almanzar) and Offset (Kiari Cephus) married in 2017. They filed for divorce in 2018 and again in 2020. The couple has three children: 6-year-old daughter Kulture, 3-year-old son Wave, and a 4-month-old daughter, whose name they keep secret. In August of last year, alongside announcing her third pregnancy, Cardi B also revealed their divorce.
Now, the singer has launched into criticism of her husband and his mother, Latabia Woodward. “I’m not going to listen to you after you and your mother robbed me. Yes, you and your mom cleaned me out, rubbed it in my face. I told you to stop playing these games with me,” Cardi B declared.
Kiari is also the father of 15-year-old Jordan, 9-year-old Kody, and 9-year-old Kalea from previous relationships. The “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker was upset after the rapper wished his older children a Merry Christmas, while ignoring their own kids.
“Yesterday, you called your newborn daughter for the first time this year. You love your children so much, but didn’t buy them anything for Christmas. You came to New York to buy gifts for your other children, but didn’t even get my kids a trinket just to spite me. And that is the dirtiest thing you’ve ever done. I used to pray for this man before I prayed for myself. And then this bastard had the nerve to say I was competing, while I couldn’t even enjoy my own victories because I felt like he was going through something,” the Grammy winner fumed.
Meanwhile, Offset has already started seeing someone new – he was spotted vacationing in Dubai with Atlanta model Melanie Jade. They visited a Chanel store and left with $100,000 worth of shopping bags.
Cardi B is seeking full custody of their children. However, the former Migos member refuses to sign the divorce papers, demanding joint custody. “Cardi and Offset have grown apart. This is what pushed her to make this decision more than anything else. This is what she wants. The divorce isn’t based on cheating rumors; it had been brewing for a long time. It’s something they’ve discussed for a while,” an insider revealed.
