Plastic Surgeons Share Their Insights on Tom Cruise’s Surprising Appearance in Latest Super Bowl Ad!😱😡

Tom Cruise sparked plastic surgery speculation after his appearance in a Super Bowl pregame ad, where viewers noticed his face looked unusually “puffy” and “stretched.” The 62-year-old actor’s altered look raised eyebrows, especially after a trailer for his upcoming Mission: Impossible movie aired just 10 minutes before, showcasing his usual appearance.

Plastic surgeons suggested Cruise may have had recent facial fillers, Botox, and possibly laser skin resurfacing to smooth wrinkles and tighten skin. However, they noted there were no signs of invasive surgery, pointing out that his jawline still showed natural sag, which wouldn’t be the case if he’d had a facelift.

Dr. Guarav Bharti, a plastic surgeon, said the most noticeable change was Cruise’s jawline, which now appeared fuller and less defined than usual, possibly due to weight gain or excessive fillers stretching the skin. Dr. Bill Kortesis also believed fillers were used, particularly because Cruise, known for his athletic build and chiseled face, now appeared fuller.

Fillers are soft, gel-like substances injected to restore lost volume and smooth wrinkles, with common costs ranging from $500 to $1,200 per syringe. Some surgeons also speculated Cruise may have opted for fat grafts, a procedure involving fat transfer from one body area to another to enhance facial contours, with prices ranging from $1,500 to $3,800.

Cruise may have also received treatments like laser skin resurfacing or Botox to address skin texture and wrinkles. Laser treatments stimulate collagen growth, leading to smoother and firmer skin, while Botox paralyzes muscles to reduce wrinkles.

Surgeons emphasized that a facelift didn’t seem likely based on the loose skin around his jawline. A source close to Cruise mentioned he avoids going under the knife due to fears of looking unnatural, referencing a previous filler experience that left his face looking temporarily overfilled.

Additionally, the actor’s fuller head of hair may be contributing to the perception of a changed appearance. Despite ongoing speculation, Cruise has never publicly confirmed any cosmetic procedures, although insiders have suggested he is deeply concerned with maintaining his youthful image.
