Johnny Depp and his rumored new girlfriend, Yulia Vlasova, sparked curiosity with a series of Instagram photos and a mysterious message.
Over the weekend, the 29-year-old Russian model posted some endearing pictures of herself with the 61-year-old actor in a cozy, rustic environment. Johnny appeared happy, with his arms around her, but Yulia’s vague caption only deepened the speculation about their relationship.
“Don’t believe everything you hear on the internet,” she wrote. “My dear friend.”
The caption left fans wondering whether this was a subtle denial of the dating rumors or just a playful comment.
These photos came shortly after reports stating that the two were keeping things “casual” and not rushing into defining their relationship.
A model and beauty pageant finalist, Yulia was one of the contenders in the 2021 Miss Office competition held in Moscow. Her bio for the pageant revealed that she studied at the University of West Bohemia and her personal motto was: “Be, not seem to be.”
Besides her modeling career, Yulia is also an entrepreneur, running S.He Studio, a Prague-based makeup and hairstyling business.
Though 33 years younger than Johnny, the model subtly showed her admiration for him during a Q&A session on Instagram earlier this year. When asked about her favorite actor, she posted a photo of their hands resting on each other’s legs, captioning it: “JD. He is a man who is incredibly talented and inspiring.”
