Taylor Swift was there for whatever boyfriend Travis Kelce needed after he and his fellow Kansas City Chiefs teammates fought hard and prevailed against the Buffalo Bills this past Sunday to gain entry into the Super Bowl!
As y’all darn well know by now, Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, and the rest of the #ChiefsKingdom beat Buffalo 32-29 and punched their ticket to the big game in the Big Easy against the Philadelphia Eagles. But before worrying about all that, Kelce and co. were keen on celebrating their AFC Championship victory at Arrowhead Stadium. And the Eras Tour star made sure all parts of the after party went off without a hitch!
On Wednesday, the Delaware News Journal interviewed a woman named Nicole Viscount about her experience at Arrowhead on Sunday night. Nicole isn’t just some random fan, tho. She’s engaged to a guy named Craig Parmenter — who just so happens to be Travis’ former college roommate and football teammate back at the University of Cincinnati! So, Craig and Travis have been pals for years! And thus, Craig and Nicole got hooked up to party in the Kelce fam’s private stadium suite after the game. Where they had a GREAT time with Taylor!
According to Nicole, Tay Tay was SUPER attentive to all of Travis’ needs as soon as he entered the suite after the game:
“Once he was in the room, all she did was follow him around to take pictures of him with his family and friends, make sure that he had something to drink and was having a good time.”
So cute!! Viscount was in awe at her support — and the couple’s love:
“She was the literal definition of a supportive, happy girlfriend.”
Viscount and Parmenter hung out all night with the tight end’s brother Jason Kelce, too. Jason, of course, is also a Cincinnati Bearcats football alum along with Travis and Craig. So, the whole crew enjoyed reminiscing! To that end, Nicole said this of the famous brothers:
“They are just the best guys. They’re so good at keeping up friendships from their childhood.”
Once up in the private suite postgame, Nicole and her fiancé immediately met Taylor (who greeted them with hugs!) and were also introduced to the superstar singer’s dad Scott.
Viscount told the newspaper that she tried to stay “cool, calm and collected” throughout the meeting, but admitted the singer could “probably tell” that she was fan-girling hard “just by looking in my eyes.”
In the end, Nicole got up the courage to ask for a photo — a request to which Taylor “very graciously” agreed! And not only that, but Swift kissed the woman on the cheek for the pic! AH-Mazing!! Nicole quipped:
“I will probably never wash my face again.”
While Nicole didn’t reveal whether she and Craig were invited to the private after party at a KCMO rooftop club hours later, she did admit to crying as soon as she got up the next morning. No, seriously! She explained:
“It all kind of hit me. And then all day I was just giggling every once in a while because it all seems so surreal. Today I’m just walking around my house trying to figure out how to be a normal person again.”
