The pair seemed awfully coupled up, making fans think their friendship had turned into something more — especially with the pictures of Anderson’s arm around her waist. It really seemed like this was their official confirmation they were together, but not so fast, Lambs!
According to The US Sun on Thursday, the 38-year-old rapper isn’t even single! He only just filed for divorce from his wife Jae Lin after 12 years this past January, meaning he’s still a legally married man.
But it’s not like he’s doing anything wrong — they did break up. So, what’s the problem? Well, there’s another issue if Mimi is looking for a relationship. According to reports, Anderson is a TOTAL ladies man — and he’s been spotted with multiple women since his split from the Korean songstress. An insider told the outlet he’s just enjoying the single life:
“Mariah and Anderson have been hanging out for months, and have a flirty connection. But he has a reputation as a ladies’ man in Hollywood and is still legally married to his wife. Since filing for divorce in January he’s been pursuing several different women, including those 10 to 20 years his senior who are in the industry, so it wouldn’t be a huge shock if he got together with Mariah. He’s not just hanging out with younger women.”
The source went on to say he may not even be looking to get serious:
“Anderson is a very cool guy, fun and generous, but he might not be in the right place for a serious relationship at the moment.”
He did just get out of a long marriage, so this isn’t a huge surprise! With all this in mind, it looks like these two are just having fun, then! At least for now. Nothing wrong with that — so long as everyone’s on the same page! FWIW, previous TMZ sources denied they were even dating, so who knows what these two are up to.
