Kim Kardashian is deeply upset about a new complication in her relationship with ex-husband Kanye West. Their divorce was finalized in November 2022, and it seemed that all disagreements had been resolved. However, a fresh issue has emerged regarding their children, according to an insider close to Kim.
The tension between the former couple escalated this fall when it was revealed that Kanye plans to relocate permanently to Japan. He is demanding that all their children—11-year-old North, 8-year-old Saint, 6-year-old Chicago, and 5-year-old Psalm—visit him regularly as per their divorce agreement.
The most troubling aspect for Kim is that Kanye is within his rights to make such a request. During their divorce proceedings, they had reached an agreement for joint custody of the children. Kim has shared in interviews that coming to this arrangement took time, but ultimately, both she and Kanye prioritized their children’s well-being. Kim has always emphasized the importance of the kids spending time with their father.
Now, however, the situation has drastically changed. Sending the children to their father, who lives relatively nearby, is one thing; sending them to the other side of the world for six months is another. Complicating matters further is the fact that since their divorce, Kanye has married model Bianca Censori, who Kim does not approve of. Bianca is known for her provocative outfits, and Kim worries about the negative influence she could have on her daughters. Unfortunately, Kim cannot prevent North and Chicago from interacting with Bianca—at least for now.
The only option left for Kim is to seek a modification of the custody agreement through the courts. According to the insider, Kardashian did not want to initiate another legal battle against West, having grown weary from the first one. However, she feels she has no choice but to take legal action again. She is determined not to give up without a fight.
